What we cover
The types of home we can help with
If you bought any of these from a holiday park or site operator, you may be able to have how it was sold to you reviewed — free, and with no obligation.

Holiday homes
Bought a holiday home you were told would hold its value or pay for itself? You may have been misled.

Static caravans
Rising site fees, blocked sales or promises that never materialised could point to a mis-sale.

Holiday lodges
Lodges are often sold on letting income projections. If yours never came close, it is worth a check.

Park homes
Residential park homes are covered by different law. We can talk you through your rights.
In your own words
Does any of this sound familiar?
Site fees kept climbing
The site fees went up far beyond anything that was indicated to me when I bought.
Blocked from selling
When I asked to sell, the park would not give me permission or wanted to handle it themselves.
Pushed to upgrade
I was told the only sensible option was to upgrade to a newer model.
Letting income never came
The letting income I was promised never really materialised.
It lost its value
I was told it would hold its value, and it clearly has not.
Pitch licence not renewed
My pitch licence was not renewed, and I had very little say in it.
If one or more of these matches your experience, it may be worth having your position looked at. It does not mean you definitely have a case.

How it works
Check my eligibilityStep 1: Free eligibility check
Answer five short questions online, or ring us and we will go through them with you on the phone.
Step 2: A call with an expert
Someone reviews what you were told at the point of sale and what has happened since. It is a conversation, not a sales call.
Step 3: Passed to our claims team
If your case may have merit, it is passed to our specialist claims team, who handle it from there. Timescales depend entirely on the case.

Who you are dealing with
Who we are
You will speak to a person, on a landline, in an office in Scotland.
We gather your details, talk through what you were told when you bought, and, with your permission, pass your enquiry to a regulated firm. We do not give legal advice and we do not handle claims ourselves.
Claims are handled by our specialist claims team.
Plain numbers
What it costs
The eligibility check and the call with a specialist are free. You are never charged by us.
If we think you have a claim, we work on a no-win, no-fee basis. If your claim is unsuccessful, you pay nothing.
If your claim succeeds, their success fee is 30% of the compensation recovered, plus VAT.
A worked example: if £10,000 were recovered, the success fee would be £3,000 plus VAT of £600, so £6,400 would be paid to you. Your own figures will differ, and this example is not a prediction of any outcome.
There is no hidden small print here. Anything you are asked to sign will set the same terms out in full before you commit.
Good to know
Questions people ask
Is there a time limit?
Usually, yes. Claims of this kind are generally subject to time limits running from when you bought, or from when you could reasonably have realised something was wrong. The limits are not always obvious, so it is worth checking even if you bought some years ago.
Do I have to go to court?
Most cases of this type are resolved without anyone attending court. If a hearing were ever needed, the firm handling your case would explain what that involves well beforehand, and the decision would be yours.
What if I still own it?
You can still ask for your position to be looked at while you own the caravan or lodge. Many people who enquire are still on the park.
What if I've already sold it?
You may still be able to bring a claim after selling, including where you sold at a heavy loss or sold back to the park. Keep whatever paperwork you have from the sale.
Will the park find out?
Nothing is sent to your park by us. If a claim is formally pursued, the party being claimed against would eventually be notified — the firm handling your case would talk that through with you before anything is sent.
What if I bought it on finance?
Finance can be relevant. Where a loan or hire purchase agreement was arranged through the park or a connected broker, that arrangement may form part of what is looked at.
How long does it take?
It depends on the case and on how the other side responds. Some matters conclude within months, others run considerably longer. Anyone who gives you a firm timescale before looking at your paperwork is guessing.
What if I don't have my paperwork?
That is very common and it does not stop you enquiring. Copies of agreements can often be requested from the park or the finance provider. Bring whatever you do have.
Where to start
Not sure where you stand?
The check takes a few minutes and costs nothing. If you would rather talk it through with a person, that is often easier.
Free to check. No obligation. No cold calling.
